I also wanted to let you know that prior to you receiving the loan documentation from the previous lender, I sent a mass email out to my office and my fellow agents (friends) and asked them about your company, your reputation and you personally.
I received no less than 20 responses. Every single response stated that your company is very committed to the best for the client. You are not known for making promises that you can’t fulfill. Quite the contrary is true. You over deliver on every level! You work diligently to insure that every customer is treated with the utmost respect and honesty.
I have to be honest, my email asked for negative feedback. I went so far as to say… TELL ME ABOUT THE BAD STUFF! And not one comment reflected any negativity.
In this day, it is much easier to express poor feelings rather than positive. It is refreshing to have every single comment reflect your company strives for ethics, honesty and true commitment to the client.
